Kitty's medical expenses

Help us help Kitty!
When Kitty, a friendly eartipped senior cat, was dropped off at Animal Care & Control, he was already sick with a respiratory infection and terribly dirty and bedraggled. In this dire condition, Kitty didn't stand a chance: he was scheduled to be euthanized almost immediately. Neighborhood Cats hustled him out, and now this sweet boy is getting the medical attention he so urgently needs.

Initial tests show that Kitty may be suffering from a chronic condition, possibly auto-immune in nature, that has made him more susceptible to infection. His doctors are working toward an exact diagnosis, but in the meantime Kitty is being treated for URI and the painful mouth ulcers that came with it. Despite all this, he has a great appetite and lets the hospital staff tend to him without complaint. Underneath that messy coat is one very loving and lovable cat!

With additional tests and an ongoing hospital stay until he is clear of URI, Kitty's medical bills are mounting. Any contribution toward these expenses would be greatly appreciated.

On behalf of Kitty, thank you for your support!
